D&B Light Whiskey Wash®

The recipe that started it all!  From malted barley and corn this light whiskey wash finishes with hints of vanilla, almonds and butter cake.  Potent and sweet to the nose.  The taste has tones of caramel and brown butter.  May we suggest medium oak chips for a smooth finish?  Yes!  In fact, we suggest them so much we include them with your order.  This light whiskey mash is not "lite" with a specific starting gravity between 1.09 and 1.1 potential alcohol by volume.  Each order comes in a 6 gallon bucket with pour spout lid and 4 gallons of wash with a packet of PPDY (Paul's Perfect Distillers Yeast) and bubbler.  The kit should get you from 1.1 to 0 within 10 days.
