You get 5 gallons of premium wash, mash or wort in a 7 gallon, food grade, hermetically sealed bucket with pour spout lid. You unscrew the pour spout cap, pitch yeast (provided), pop on a bubbler (also provided) and in four to ten days you do whatever you want with it.
