Sweet Potato Vodka Mash®

Not neutral!  Not tasteless!  (unless you process it that way, but that is up to you).  This vodka recipe is traditional with a twist!  May we be so bold to say that we believe sweet potatoes are better to create vodka than plain potatoes!  They naturally have the enzymes to break down starch to sugar.  They are flavorful!  And, oh by the way, they are sweeter!  We strive to get this mash between 1.09 and 1.1 potential alcohol.  Each order comes in a 6 gallon bucket with pour spout lid and 4 gallons of mash with a packet of PPDY (Paul's Perfect Distillers Yeast) and bubbler.  The kit should get you from 1.1 to 0 within 10 days.  Put it on your bucket list and in your shopping cart!
