Rich Brown Rum Wash®

Our Molasses and Brown Sugar recipe is one of the tastiest washes on the planet, but it's not meant to drink or pour it on your pancakes because it produces the most amazing white rum that will finish with a smooth buttery hit to your nose and palate.  Age with medium oak wood chips, a stick of cinnamon, vanilla OR save some of that wash and make your own spiced Rum?  This wash, run by you, is delightful neat or as a mixer.  The starting gravity is between 1.09 and 1.1 with a potential 12% to 13% alcohol by volume.  Each order comes in a 6 gallon bucket with pour spout lid and 4 gallons of wash with a packet of PPDY (Paul's Perfect Distillers Yeast) and bubbler.  The kit should get you from 1.1 to 0 within 10 days.
